Jennie Constantinides
Consultant, Trainer, Mediator
Jennie has dedicated her career to helping leaders achieve operational excellence through the effective management of people. She specializes in the design and delivery of programs that provide managers with the skills required to recruit, develop and retain the best people for their organizations. From the personalized small group training sessions, to large audience presentations and inspirational articles, Jennie’s passion for putting people first is contagious. As a coach and mentor, she helps individuals who are dealing with conflict to articulate their needs and use a collaborative approach to negotiate mutual gains.
With a steadfast purpose, Jennie challenges individuals, especially women, to take on a leadership role that drives collective action. Defining leadership as five practices—providing direction, increasing capability, igniting motivation, encouraging excellence and managing with principles—Jennie contends that women’s leadership is omnipresent but not actively recognized. Far from the heroic leadership that gets visibility and adulation, the everyday results-oriented leadership demonstrated by women needs to be identified, encouraged and supported.
